DEFERRED MOULD RELEASE AGENT - MINERAL NEW

Sika® Separol®-30 D Mineral New is a mineral new mould release agent ready tu use.

  • For deferred release
  • Usable when ambient temperature and/or formwork temperature are below 0°C until 70°C
  • Extend the formwork useful life
  • Delete the adhesion of the concrete and of the concrete laitance on the treated area
  • Allow the later application of coating or paint (the validation of the support is the responsibility of the applicator).

Usage

Sika® Separol®-30 D Mineral New can be used like a differed mould release agent for jobsite :
  • On steel, wood, polyurethane, polyester
  • With cold or warm conditions, just at a formwork temperature of 70°C.

  • Steel formwork or smooth wood : 50 to 80 m2/liter
  • More absorbent formwork : 25 to 35 m2/liter
Application steps

APPLICATION

This mould release agent can be apply with :
▪ A brush
▪ A roller
▪ A spraying machine with a minimum pressure of 3
bars.
Sika® Separol®-30 D Mineral New must not be diluted.
The apllication of the oil must be uniform because an
excess will tend to run down on vertical surfaces. Remove excess of oil using a dry cloth or sponge.
